Enzyme-free, animal protein binder, utilizing in the development of value added products and meat trimmings

  • Allow for ease in controlling quality, size, and portions of your products

  • Create new concepts based on size and shape

  • Example Applications

    • Sliced Chicken, Boneless Fish Fillets

    • Chicken Nuggets

MEATLOKTM

 

A Dough conditioner ideal for noodles and suitable for bread-type applications

  • Allows noodles to retain al dente over a longer period of time

  • Forms an increase in volume and soft texture

  • Acts as an alternative to egg-white

  • Create glutinous texture

  • Example Applications:

    • ​Noodle (soup/ dishes)
