United Foods International (UFI), as a custom food manufacturer, has both liquid and dry blending processing facilities conveniently located across the United States in California, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Maryland.

Vertical Blender

  • Produces a more homogenous mix with a higher degree of accuracy

  • Minimizes heat generation and gentle on delicate dry toppings and powders

 

Sanko

  • A filling machine which contains seperate compartments for different toppings to allow for an even distribution within each pouch

 

Bartlet

  • A form-fill seal machine allowing for continuous pouching from one roll of film

Custom Dry Blending

Stainless Steel 550 gallon kettles

  • Hot-fill to allow for shelf stability

  • Cold-mix process for items such as dressing or spicy mayonnaise

 

Bottling Line

  • Able to fill a continous line from 8 oz. jars to 1 gallon bottles

  • Heat-shrink wrap and label capabilities

 

Portion Packaging Lines

  • Hot packing to maintain shelf stability

  • Individual pouches ranging from 10 grams to 9 oz. from a single roll with variable pitch sizes

  • Continuous pouch strips automatically fold into each case evenly
